•A&E/Emergency Department Nurses (2yrs+ post graduate experience in their specialty)

•Cardiology Nurses (2yrs+ post graduate experience in their specialty)
•Orthopaedic Nurses(2yrs+ post graduate experience in their specialty)
•Outpatients Department – Division Heads/Nursing Shift Coordinators/Nursing Quality Improvement Coordinator – (BSc in Nursing & Masters, 15 yrs post graduate experience – 5yrs spent in management, @ 350+ bed Hospital)
•Clinical Nurse Specialists; Oncology, Pain, Cardiology/ICU, General Medical (BSc in Nursing & Masters, 3-5 yrs post graduate experience in their specialty)
•Complex Care Lead Nurses; Oncology, Paediatric, Medical, Surgical,Cardiology (BSc in Nursing and 9 years clinical experience – 3 years in their specialty)
