Annemarie Gallacher

One of our most senior and highly experienced team members, Annmarie has over 20 years of experience recruiting Nurses for permanent positions, across domestic and international markets. Gaining experience in customer service and sales prior to joining Cpl Healthcare in January 2004, Annmarie worked as a Placement Coordinator with our Nursing Agency division, before being tasked to set up a permanent nursing desk 10 months later.  

For over 15 years, Annmarie has been responsible for working with a variety of hospitals and healthcare organisations throughout the world.  She is highly experienced in project management and is currently managing a number of large public sector hospital projects in Ireland, including Tallaght, St. James’s and Beaumont Hospitals, recruiting over 2000 Nurses for these organisations’ hospitals.

As Project Manager, Annmarie is accountable for the successful implementation and completion of an entire recruitment project from start to finish, arranging the logistics of each recruitment session, whether domestic or international, ensuring all submitted candidates meet the requirements of the client, that all are fully compliant before commencing employment with their new employer, and is responsible for organising and monitoring the full relocation process for her candidates.

In her role as International Recruitment Project Manager, she is the liaison for Cpl Healthcare’s overseas partner agencies in various countries (including India and the Philippines), external bodies such as the NMBI, the ISD and Irish Embassies across the globe, and she assists the team with scoping out new countries for recruitment.
