Maria Kelly

With a strong academic and professional background in Human Resource Management, Maria joined Cpl in 2019 as HR Executive. Maria progressed to Project Manager role within Cpl Healthcare as Operations Project Lead for HSE Contact Tracing Campaign. Working directly with HSE, Maria facilitated the direct onboarding of over 700 clinical and non-clinical contact tracers across 4 locations via Cpl Healthcare. Maria managed a team of recruiters to ensure recruitment best practices is followed with all stages of pipelining staff while working closely with HSE Senior Management regarding Recruitment planning. With her promotion to Senior Operations Manager as part of the Leadership Team within Cpl Healthcare, Maria is leading on the delivery of high-quality professional services and efficient daily operations within the Organisation. Within this role, Maria is responsible for managing a large nationwide team which includes Team Leads, Client Relationship Managers and Placement Coordinators. Maria and her team provide agency staffing services throughout the healthcare sector to our clients, both in the public and private sectors, nationwide.
