It’s important for our client Hospitals to hire the best talent so we arrange for all Nurses to have a conversation with one of our Nurse led recruitment professionals before arranging an interview. Some interviews are arranged using video technology but Cpl Healthcare and our client Hospitals prefer to meet Nurses in person. After all it’s always more fun to learn about Nurses and their home places in person. We also support all Nurses through the compliance process which invoices Nursing Board (NMBI/NMC) registration and Visa processes. This is one of the most difficult parts of joining your new Hospital and Cpl Healthcare have expert teams to make the journey as smooth as possible and answer any questions you might have along the way. We also have supports in place for candidates who need to undertake IELTs examinations.Before a Nurse makes the journey to their new Hospital Cpl Healthcare will provide lots of information about the new location you are travelling to and also arrange flights, meet and greet service in the airport when you arrive and finally accommodation. Our client Hospitals are really supportive when you arrive but we are also there for Nurses in case any further information is required.
