Our Seamless and Secure Agency Recruitment Process
Eligibility
Recruitment consultants review the candidate’s eligibility to work as an agency worker and approved candidates are invited to interview.
Application Form
If a candidate is deemed eligible to work with the agency or suitable for a particular agency position, they must complete our online application form, and provide the required supporting documents.
Compliance and Clearances
Recruitment consultants will review and verify all compliance elements e.g., qualifications, relevant professional body registration, references, and training certificates.
Active to Work
Once we are satisfied all clearances and compliance are valid, the agency worker can begin working. Their MyCpl account will be activated, and they will begin receiving shift notifications or can upload their shifts if directly booked.
Supporting You Every Step of The Way
The Cpl Healthcare’s agency team is available from 7.00 am to 9.30 pm, daily, 365 days a year. We also provide agency staff clients with access to an on-call manager for out-of-hours requirements.
At any time, Cpl Healthcare has approximately 2,800 agency workers on duty at facilities in every part of the country, 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year.
