Client Support Coordinator

Client Support Coordinator Job Description:
The Client Support Coordinator comprises of a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling services for clients and caregivers. You will assist with ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our clients. Duties & Responsibilities below include but are not limited to:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Client/Caregiver Schedules
- Assigning client/carer schedules daily to match with client careplan.
- Continuous monitoring of client activity and update client information using our internal rostering software
- Ensuring all communication with regards to caregivers/clients/HSE/family members etc is recorded in a timely fashion and saved on our internal rostering software
- Monitor and progress unassigned shifts.
- Scheduling of rosters daily and forward planning.
Client/Caregiver Service:
- All incoming calls should be answered in a friendly and professional manner.
- All received emails should be dealt with efficiently and within an acceptable timeframe to satisfy the client/caregiver request.
- Deal promptly with shift cancellations, shift time changes and amendments, additional and ad-hoc requests.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
- Facilitate the continued provision of client care supporting interactions between Home Instead staff, family members and HSE.
Client/Caregiver Records:
- Maintain and keep up to date accurate client and caregiver records.
- Set up accurate schedules on our internal rostering software.
- Handle all data subject information in accordance with GDPR guidelines and regulations.
CAREGiver Supervision:
- Coordinate caregiver holidays ensuring that any careplan changes are logged and communicated within set times to clients.
- Arrange caregiver holiday or sick leave cover where required.
Requirements:
- At least one year scheduling experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work load
- A team player
- Excellent written and spoken English
- One year Admin or reception experience
- Available Monday to Friday from 9am-5.30pm
