Community Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Emergency Care/Rapid Response), Guernsey 

Grade: 8A £67,355 - £78,366 BAR £80,716 per annum.

The States of Guernsey, Health and Social care, are looking for a Community Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Adult Community Services.

The Advance Nurse Practitioner (ANP) will be expected to work within the Community Rapid Response Service (and provide input into other community teams, depending on capacity).. This multi-disciplinary service is a crisis intervention service which aims to prevent avoidable emergency admissions to hospital or care homes. The service operates 7 days a week.

Requirements:

ESSENTIAL

  • Registered Nurse with 5 years relevant community experience
  • Degree in a related field.
  • Master’s in advanced Practice (ANP) qualification
  • Non-medical Prescribing qualification
  • Management Qualification
  • Evidence of excellent communication skills with reference to Multidisciplinary
  • team working, service users, carers and managers liaising with external agencies
  • Highest professional standards
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Evidence of high levels of leadership skills
  • Maintains confidentiality

DESIRABLE

  • MSc Management qualification (or advanced clinical skills qualification

 

Note;

·       Our client offers a full relocation package which includes interview and relocation travel, this is in addition to their competitive pay (better than the UK) and annual bonus and additional bonus scheme of £3,000, payable after two- and four-years’ service.
