Consultant Respiratory & General Medicine

Cpl Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for a Consultant in Respiratory & General Medicine.
This role is with a busy HSE University Hospital in the South West where you will be part of a large multidisciplinary team, delivering this essential service. There is a requirement to participate in the on-call rota. The successful candidate is required to meet the objectives of delivering high quality Consultant led Services and to manage and lead a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of a comprehensive emergency care service.
This role offers salaries in line with the HSE Consultants Public-Only Sláintecare Contract, with significant earning potential including allowances.
To be considered eligible interested applicants are required to:
• Be registered as a Specialist with the Irish Medical Council in the division of General Medicine
• Be able to demonstrate expertise in your specialist area.
• Display evidence based clinical knowledge in making decisions regarding client care
• Demonstrate evidence of effective planning and organising skills
• Demonstrate effective communication skills
• Demonstrate awareness and appreciation of the service user
• Demonstrate leadership and team management skills
• Demonstrate evidence of ability to empathise with and treat patients, relatives and colleagues with dignity and respect.
