Cpl Healthcare have partnered with a nursing home to recruit a Director of Nursing based in Dublin.
About the role:
· The DON will be responsible for the overall management of their 66 bedded South Dublin nursing home near Dún Laoghaire and Dalkey.
· Accountable for all aspects of care and services to the residents both clinically and operationally, and will assume responsibility for the management of all staff within the nursing home.
· Ensure all legislative requirements are maintained.
Requirements:
· Candidates must be registered with NMBI- Fully Pinned
· Excellent Clinical, Leadership and Organisational skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Sound decision making ability
· Level 6 Management / Supervisory Qualification
· Candidates must have at least 3 years’ experience at management level.
