Key Requirements

• A registered nurse with NMBI and at least 5 years of nursing experience, including management or leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of residential care services and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership abilities and the capacity to work as part of a collaborative management team.
• A passion for delivering exceptional care and a genuine interest in improving the quality of life for older adults.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
