DON required for 151 bed purpose-built nursing home opening Portmarnock .
Roles & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for management of staff, ensuring care is delivered to a high standard, ensuring all company reports and information that is requested internally are prepared and delivered on time, developing and implementing an appropriate business plan/budget, amongst others.
Qualifications Skills & Attributes required:
- Qualified Nurse with at least 3 years Management experience in the last 6 years in care of the older person
- Post registration management qualification in health or a related field
- Proven track record in healthcare clinical management
- Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills
- Sound decision making ability and results driven
- Ability to work well and promote a team environment
- Willingness to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the company
