Cpl Healthcare is seeking applications from experienced Occupational Health Nurses for an exciting role in an established pharma manufacturing organisation. 

This role which can be on a part or full time basis onsite is with a start-up arm of an established pharma manufacturing organisation. This is a standalone role and the successful candidate will be required to have previous OH experience in a similar setting along with the OH qualification.

Responsibilities will include:

• Applying skills and knowledge to recognise work related occupational health issues.
• Liaising with employees on non-work-related issues that may impact an employee's ability to complete their work.
• Responsibility for the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of job duties in a team environment.
• Managing the process around pre-employment medicals and checks.
• Playing a lead role in the absence management and case management process.
• Working closely with the OH physician, HR and EHS in the development and delivery of OH services.
• Conducting ergonomic and other risk assessments as necessary.
• Seeking opportunities to continuously enhance the OH related processes and services.

To be considered for this role, interested applicants are required to meet the following criteria: 

• Be a qualified RGN on the general register of the NMBI.
• The successful candidate is required to have a relevant OH qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Occupational Health role in similar settings.
• Experience in spirometry, audiometry , VDU and phlebotomy.
• Experience of absence case management.
• Experience of implementing and design Covid compliant practices in the workplace.
• Having the ability to work autonomously
• Ability to work to deadlines
