Cpl Healthcare are delighted to be working an international pharmaceutical company to recruit an Occupational Health Nurse based in their Limerick site.

About the role:

·      Designing, implementing, and managing the occupational health programs and services that promote the health, safety and wellbeing of the employees in line with our clients policies and procedures.

·      Promote and provide best practice and deliver health care services to employees within an occupational health setting, to assist ill and injured employees to reach maximum health and productivity.

·      To be able to work on own initiative and as a member of a team.

·      Have excellent communication skills, flexible to the needs of the growing organisation, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team and to be able to interact positively at all levels of the organisation are necessary prerequisites.

Requirements:

·      Registered General Nurse- NMBI Pinned

·      3 years occupational health nursing experience

·      Good communication skills

·      Good IT skills

·      Certificate in First Aid and Manual Handling Instructor Training desirable but not required.
