Cpl Healthcare in partnership with ESB are hiring an Occupational Health Nurse to work in their head office, Dublin

Nursing Job Requirements:

  • Recognised third level nursing qualification
  • Full registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
  • Atleast 2 years previous experience working in Occupational Health
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer literacy skills are essential


Working on site in ESB Head Office in Dublin

Occupational Health Nurse providing the service will need to be motivated, professionally decisive and confident with excellent communication and team working skills.

Duties and Key Tasks:

  • Maintain and secure confidential medical records and systems in accordance with statutory requirements
  • Support the occupational health team and ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations, statutory and professional standards
  • Pre-employment assessment
  • Occupational Vaccination Programme
  • Proficiency in phlebotomy

Training Requirements:

Mandatory training requirements:

  • Professional qualification in Occupational Health Nursing or its equivalent
  • NMBI registration
  • Manual Handling
  • Infection Control

Additional skills training which are essential/desirable:

  • Industrial Audiometry course
  • Spirometry for Healthcare Professionals
  • Chain of Custody training
  • Occupational First Aid
  • Phlebotomy
