Description:

CPL Healthcare in collaboration with a consortium of Healthcare facilities are seeking a number of Occupational Therapists to provide therapeutic services to children and young people (0 -18 years) with a range of complex needs arising from a disability. These roles are based in the Dublin area. A truly exciting opportunity is on offer to join a an interdisciplinary team with a strong focus on family centred practise.

Role & Responsibilities

Work as a member of an Interdisciplinary Team providing high quality theraputic services to children & young adults.
Be responsible for assessment, planning, implementation and review of treatment / intervention programmes for service users according to service standards.
Contribute to and participate in OT and interdisciplinary education sessions
Provide education and training to parents, carers and schools staff supporting the child to participate in their environments fully.

The Ideal Candidate(s) will possess:

A Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy Studies or equivalent qualification with CORU registration.
Minimum of three years satisfactory post qualification experience
Demonstrate an appropriate level of understanding of the Occupational Therapy process, the underpinning theory and its application to the role.
Strong interpersonal, communication skills and command of English
Driving licence
