Job Title: Patient Care Specialist (Northern Ireland)

Cpl Healthcare is inviting applications from experienced healthcare professionals for the position of Patient Care Specialist. This role is with a leading healthcare service provider that offers a range of respiratory services and therapies to patients across Northern Ireland.

The portfolio of products includes oxygen, sleep, ventilation, and aerosol (nebuliser) therapies, provided directly to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and install homecare devices such as CPAP, NIV, and oxygen therapy during home visits and review clinics.
  • Collaborate daily with various healthcare professionals, including Consultants, Respiratory Lab Technicians, Clinical Nurse Managers, Biomedical and Sleep Technicians, Physiotherapists, patients, and Procurement/Supply Officers.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients while promoting products and services to key stakeholders in hospitals and primary care centres, with a focus on patient care rather than sales.

Requirements:

  • Nursing qualification, ideally with relevant post-graduate experience.
  • Respiratory experience desirable.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with key customers.
  • Experience in sales or commercial activities is desirable.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in IT and computer skills.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
