Professionally Qualified Social Workers- Laois/Offaly YAMHS
Cpl Healthcare in partnership with the HSE are currently seeking a Social worker to work in a young adult mental health multi-disciplinary team (YAMHS) with 16 – 18 year olds with moderate to severe mental health problems and their families.
The Candidate/Role:
- Possess the relevant Social Work degree
- Fully registered with CORU
- Cover is needed for 3 months initially and may be extended beyond this time scale. It is available immediately.
- The applicant will need to be able to work 4 days per week
- The team offers a 9-5pm Monday to Friday service
- Based in Portlaoise
- Candidate will need to have experience in assessment skills and delivering evidence based interventions to children and families.
- Candidate will need to have an understanding/experience of working with children and families with mental health problems and legislation and policies relating to children/young people.
- Must be living and eligible to work in Ireland- We do not sponsor Visas
