Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our client, a non-profit homeless services provider, as seeking experienced staff member to join their team in Dublin.
The Role:
- The purpose of this role is to assess and support families and individuals during their pathway through homelessness to settlement.
- Full-time: 2 year Fixed Term Contract, Specific Purpose Contract
- Salary circa €36,000 to €39,000
Some of the Duties Include:
- Visit families and individuals in emergency accommodation or their own homes.
- Carry out assessments and reviews and develop and implement support plans with those referred to the service.
- Work within a client-centered approach, encouraging autonomy and independence.
- Make contact with and establish links as appropriate with local services and relevant community groups and to work closely where appropriate with housing providers.
- Be familiar with and comply with all relevant policy.
- Maintain accurate records and statistics in accordance with organisational policy.
- Participate in the evaluation and development of the service.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements and Experience:
- Relevant third level qualification at degree level i.e. social care, psychology, sociology.
- Proven, extensive experience working in a social care setting.
- Willingness to develop professional skills as identified through supervision.
- Full clean driver’s license (desirable).

- Carrying out assessments, including risk assessments.
- Developing support plans and carrying out reviews.
