Cpl Healthcare is delighted to have partnered with a renowned Dublin based independent 182 bedded acute psychiatric teaching hospital to recruit for a number of registered psychiatric nurses.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced and newly qualified Staff Nurses to play an integral and active role in a committed Multidisciplinary Team to make a significant contribution in mental healthcare treatment services, providing generic and specialist in-patient assessment and treatment to patients referred from across the country. The Hospital holds a Certificate of Registration with the Mental Health Commission as an Approved Centre in compliance with the Mental Health Act 2001.

***Adaptation is available for overseas nurses requiring adaptation***

Successful applicants will play a pivotal role in the planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing treatment and care to clients. Staff nurses are responsible for delivering high quality, evidence based nursing care by engaging in hope inspiring, person centered and recovery focused relationships with patients.

To be considered for the role, interested candidates must meet the following criteria:

-On the active psychiatric division of the register maintained by the NMBI or eligible to be so.

-Overseas psychiatric qualified and trained nurses who are at EAR or further on the NMBI application process are welcome to apply as onsite adaptation is available.

-Be experienced in or be able to demonstrate an interest in working in the specialist area of mental health nursing care.

-Applicants must be able to demonstrate they are a team player, have a high capacity for responsibility and have the ability to lead the change process, from problem recognition to change implementation and evaluation
