Senior Grade Physiotherapist

Full Time // DublinSalary: €54000 - €64000

Description:

Cpl Healthcare, in collaboration with the Children's Disability Network, is actively seeking a dedicated Senior Grade Physiotherapist to join the esteemed CDNT team in Dublin North City & County. As a Senior Grade Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to children and young individuals with complex disabilities and medical needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct specialized assessments, treatments, and management for children with complex disabilities and medical needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive care for the children and young individuals.
  • Offer guidance, education, and support to parents and caregivers regarding the care and management of the children.
  • Provide necessary supervision and support to junior staff, students, and volunteers.

Requirements:

  • Hold a recognized Physiotherapy qualification.
  • Have at least 3 years' post-graduate experience as a physiotherapist, with expertise in pediatric physiotherapy and disabilities.
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Show a genuine passion for working with children and young individuals with disabilities.
  • A driving license is preferred.
