Senior Speech and Language Therapist

Full Time // Navan, County Meath, Republic of IrelandSalary: €51000 - €60000


My client, who is a community-based organisation supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and offers a wide range of health-related and social services are currently recruiting for a Senior Speech & Language Therapist to join their Multidisciplinary Team. The position will be full-time; 37 hours per week, based in Navan, Co. Meath.

The successful candidate must hold the following:

  • B.Sc. in Clinical Speech & Language studies or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years experience as a Speech and Language Therapist
  • Must be CORU Registered.
  • Applicants whose qualifications have been obtained outside of Ireland must have this recognised by the Dept. of Health and Children
  • Experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities is very strongly desired
  • Lmh tutor qualification, experience with AAC is desirable.
  • Qualified to carry out Dysphagia Assessments and treatment in accordance with the standards set out by IASLT.
  • Full Drivers licence is essential
