Social Care Leader

Cpl Healthcare has partnered with a highly reputable organisation to recruit an experienced social care professional seeking to develop in their career. We require Social Care Leader for an Intellectual Disability service in Dublin.

This is a full time, permanent post offering and excellent salary and benefits package. It is a brilliant opportunity for a current Social Care Leader looking for something new or a professional at leadership level looking to take the next step in their career.

An ideal candidate must have the following:

• BA honors level 8 degree in social care, applied social studies or equivalent qualification
• A minimum level 6 in Management is also a requirement
• Experience as a Social Care Leader or supervisory role is essential
• Experience in the Intellectual Disability service is essential
• A full clean manual driver’s license and access to their own transport
• Proficient communication skills, IT skills, report writing, and planning skills.
• Must be fully flexible across 7 days as shifts are varied.
