Our client supports over 500 individuals across County Meath and North County Dublin, specializing in services for those with intellectual disabilities. They are dedicated to helping service users achieve their full potential in their daily lives through compassionate and effective support.

The successful candidate will work within the Day Service for adults, focusing on achieving both long-term and short-term goals for service users through daily engagement, key working, and a person-centred approach. This role requires upholding our client's core values of providing professional, respectful, progressive, and positive services.

The perfect candidate should possess the following qualifications:

- At least a Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a related field

- Previous experience in disability services and familiarity with New Directions Services & Supports for adults with disabilities would be beneficial

- A valid manual driver's license with a clean record
