In 2004 Brian moved to Cpl Healthcare to set up the Allied Healthcare division to meet the growing demand for staff within this expanding sector.

Throughout the last 10 years, Cpl Healthcare’s Allied Healthcare division has grown from a single Recruitment Consultant to five permanent staff members and in the process has become the leading recruitment service providers within this sector offering permanent, contract, locum and master vendor recruitment solutions. Brian was instrumental in Cpl Healthcare being appointed as exclusive agency staff partner to the HSE Dublin Mid Leinster, Dublin North East and HSE South regions.

Under Brian, Cpl Healthcare are also preferred supplier to a large number private and voluntary healthcare service providers offering permanent, contract and agency recruitment solutions. Brian has also set up the Cpl Healthcare AHP international division which has won a number of exclusive contracts on behalf of NHS Trusts in London and southern England.
