Catherine Hoban
Associate Director
Catherine has over 14 years of recruitment industry experience within the healthcare sector. Working with both private and public healthcare clients, Catherine is highly experienced and an industry thought leader in the Irish healthcare recruitment sector. She has been responsible for developing and growing the Irish permanent nursing, medical and executive recruitment divisions within Cpl Healthcare for key recruitment projects. Catherine continually demonstrates the necessary skills, knowledge and expertise to effectively deliver recruitment services at a standard sought by her clients.
Catherine holds a BSc in Nursing, a postgraduate diploma in nursing informatics and a CIPD diploma in HR management. Catherine's previous experience as a nurse gives her a solid understanding of the day-to-day challenges facing her clients and how she can best apply her skills to assist them.
Catherine is involved in several specific purpose public and private sector recruitment projects. Catherine's specialist areas of recruitment include: nurses and midwives, NCHD and Medical Consultants, and bespoke and executive recruitment of senior nursing and non-clinical healthcare-related management posts such as Directors of Nursing, General Managers, Operational Directors, Programme Managers, Quality and Compliance and Project Managers.
