Elaine Higgins
Director of Cpl Healthcare
Elaine worked as a Senior Nurse in Acute Neuroscience and High Dependency units in Beaumont Hospital. In 2001, moving away from the front‐line services, Elaine established Medical Personnel, specialising in nursing recruitment.
Her role involved the negotiations of new client contacts within the HSE, private and voluntary clients across Ireland. Cpl Resources acquired Medical Personnel in 2004 and Elaine was responsible for the re‐launch of the agency as Medical Recruitment Specialists within the Irish healthcare market.
Elaine has an acute understanding of client needs and excels in the delivery of cost effective staffing solutions. In April 2009 Medical Recruitment Specialists and Alliance Nurses Agency merged and launched as Cpl Healthcare. As the manager of Cpl Healthcare Elaine is involved in all aspects of the business and is extremely passionate about the Healthcare sector.
