A well-known Community Care Company based in Dublin is looking to hire :

CNM2/CNM3 to head up a Paediatric complex care team

They provide care to children with complex needs in their own home. Children could present with physical or intellectual disabilities, and would require Nursing care in the home such as seizure management, trachy care, peg feeds, medication management etc. The CNM2/3 will act as a member of the leadership team, supporting and guiding staff nurses in the community

• Working alongside a strong paediatric team delivering crucial care to children in our community
  • RCN required and dual qualified a bonus but not essential
  • Organised individual with previous management experience - ideally in a homecare setting
  • Office based
  • Monday-Friday hours . There is an admin out of hours team that deal with evening/weekend queries. If there is any emergency they ring the CNM for advice. CNMs have a rota in place for this

• CNM2/ strong CNM1 to head up their new venture in live in care & support complex care team

They are now looking to broaden into “live in care”. This is for their adult services. Once they have a good system in place, they will select trusted HCAs on their books for roles whereby they live in the person’s home, allowing 24/7 care for people in the community. They are looking for a strong CNM to drive this service, liaise with the HSE and help to get this off the ground

• Strong preference for dual qualified (RGN / RCN) – this is because this is a new role. While the focus on this role is to establish the live in care service, it will be quiet at first, so the ideal candidate would also have paeds experience where they could support the complex care team where needed
  • Entrepreneurial & driven individual
  • Previous management experience essential
  • Office based
