Cpl Healthcare are seeking applications for the role of Community Nurse for vacancies across the East. These are fulltime permanent roles.

My client is an established healthcare and pharmaceutical services provider to clients in the home, offering an excellent opportunity for nurses with an interest in working in the community. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate’s role will include medication management, wound care, phlebotomy and chronic disease management. Key to providing a comprehensive high-quality standard of nursing care in the community, the successful candidate needs to be innovative with a high degree of self-motivation while displaying flexibility and ability to adapt to change.

To be considered for the role, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

  • Be on the general register of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland. (Adaptation is not an option).
  • Minimum of 1 years post graduate recent acute clinical nursing experience.
  • Be able to demonstrate competency in catheterisation, IV antibiotic administration and phlebotomy (essential).
  • Have a high degree of self-motivation.
  • Provide evidence of personal and professional development.
  • Be an effective administrator.
  • Have a full driving license.
  • Eligible to work in Ireland.
