THE CLIENT

The South Infirmary Victoria University Hospital is a voluntary general hospital and caters for both public and private patients with a total 192 beds. The hospital is the third largest acute service provider in the Cork area. SIVUH is the regional centre for ENT and Dermatology services and is the major Centre in the HSE, Southern Area area for gynaecological Oncology services.

THE JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Registered general nurse with full registration on the general division of the NMBI or eligible for same. 

- EU applicants must present with a minimum of 3 years current acute hospital experience. 

- Non-EU trained applicants must present with a minimum 5 years experience in a 150bed+ Middle Eastern internationally accredited hospital within the past year OR at least 5 years in a University Teaching Hospital.

- You must be eligible to work in Ireland 

- You must have excellent communication and teamwork skills

Successful candidates will undergo adaptation.
