Our client ensures services users are treated with dignity and respect to develop and use their abilities, to connect with like-minded people, to be active and valued members of their community and to lead a life of their choosing.

We are currently accepting CVs for the role of Person in Charge - Residential Manager in Kilkenny. Successful candidate will work in a residential service based in Kilkenny and manage a staff team of Social Care Workers who support the service users daily to ensure all their needs are being met.

Successful candidate will have:

A minimum of a B.A. in Social Care/Nursing Qualification or equivalent in a related discipline

and

Hold at least 3 years Management/Supervisory experience.

and

A strong knowledge of HIQA and HIQA inspections
