Social Care Manager – Young Person Service

Full Time // CorkSalary: €52000

Description:

Cpl Healthcare has partnered with a highly reputable organisation to recruit an experienced social care professional seeking to develop in their career. We require a Social Care Manager for a mainstream service based in Mitchelstown, Co. Cork, supporting up to 4 young people. This is a full time, permanent post offering and excellent salary and benefits package. It is a brilliant opportunity for a current manager looking for something new or a professional at leadership level looking to take the next step in their career.

Requirements:

  • A Level 8 in Applied Social care or a level 7 in Applied Social care along with an appropriate management cert
  • Minimum five years of experience working within the management structure of a young peoples residential unit
  • Strong experience in and demonstrated ability to empower others to achieve goals
  • Personal attributes of positivity, flexibility and problem-solving attitude as well as empathy and maturity are essential
  • A current full clean Driving License prior to commencement of employment
