Clinical Nurse Manager 2 - Mental Health Facility
Cpl Healthcare invites applications for two positions of Clinical Nurse Manager 2 to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team in a dynamic mental health facility.
Available Positions:
· Permanent Full-time (Days only)
· Night Job-share/Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead strategic and operational development, coordination, and management of nursing services.
· Ensure delivery of high-standard treatment and care while maintaining safety protocols.
· Uphold Mental Health Commission requirements, leadership, and governance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Registered Psychiatric Nurse with NMBI registration.
· Minimum of five years post-qualification experience, with at least two years in mental health.
· Comprehensive knowledge and high proficiency in clinical, managerial, leadership, and administrative competencies.
· In-depth understanding of Mental Health Commission requirements.
· Strong knowledge of health, safety, and statutory regulations affecting healthcare organizations.
· Evidence of ongoing professional development.
· Exceptional people management skills.
· Ability to respond to and manage medical and psychiatric emergencies.
