Qualification and Experience

·      Registered Nurse qualification with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).

·      Proven experience working in a Surgical Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Cardiothoracic unit is highly preferred.

·      Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams.

·      Exceptional clinical expertise with a focus on delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care.
