Community Clinical Partner (CNM1)

Description:

Cpl Healthcare has an opportunity for an experienced registered nurse as a Community Clinical Partner (CNM1). This is a full-time hybrid role and will require visits to community services a few days a week, as the need arises. The overall service extends from Dundalk to Wicklow and the successful candidate’s area responsibility will be allocated based on service needs and own geographical location.

Operating out of a social model of disability, the Community Clinical Partner (CNM 1) will have responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to meet the physical, psychological and social needs of individuals with physical and neurological disabilities. You will support and provide clinical oversight of clients services through supporting the frontline care support teams and management in the implementation of clinical policy and procedures, ensuring full compliance with organisational policy, statutory and legislative requirements and standards.

To be considered for the role, the following criteria apply:

  • Registered in the general division of the NMBI. (other divisions may be considered).
  • Currently operating at CNMI level.
  • Awareness of the National HIQA Standards for Residential Services for Children and Adults with Disabilities.
  • Ideally has experience in an environment focused on physical disabilities and neurological conditions in a management capacity.
  • Have experience in the delivery of training to staff at all levels.
  • Has strong communication skills
  • Proven background in evidence-based decision making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland.
  • A full clean driving licence and access to transport.
