CPL Healthcare is delighted to announce the recruitment of a Human Resource Manager to work within a disability service, based in Kildare. This Client is part of an international movement working with people with intellectual disabilities.

We are looking for a talented individual, with a background in Human Resource Management to come on board and take the responsibility of managing the Client’s HR activity. We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results orientated HRM to join and report to the CEO on all things HR!

To be eligible for this exciting opportunity, candidates must:

·       Hold a degree in Human Resources

·       Have a minimum of 3 connectivity years in a Senior HR role working within the Healthcare sector.

·       Level 6 Qualification in Management is highly desirable, but not essential.

·       Have strong knowledge surrounding the healthcare sector, managing Trust in Care, disciplinaries, grievances, and employee relations.
