Nurse Manager – Step Down Care

Full Time // DublinSalary: €50000

Description:

Cpl Healthcare is seeking applications from experienced nurses and nursing managers for the role of Clinical Nurse Manager in Dublin city

This new step down care facility is expected to have a 140 bed capacity. This is a unique role, with the home expected to provide a step-down nursing service for admissions with mixed clinical acuity and complex care needs along with the provision of long term elderly nursing care. Consequently, to be successful in this role, interested applicants are required to have a significant level of acute nursing care experience along with a strong desire to work in the care of the elderly sector.

Applicant Requirements:

  • NMBI Registration (RGN, RPN, RNID)
  • Minimum 3 years post registration experience in a relevant setting
  • Working knowledge of HIQA standards
  • Prior management experience a distinct advantage
  • Postgraduate Management qualification, or a willingness to complete same 
  • Must be eligible to work in Ireland
