Cpl Healthcare in collaboration with our client are seeking Project Worker, Housing Support, you will help individuals transition to independent living by providing practical support, connecting them with local services, and helping them build essential life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support individuals in their transition to independent living.
• Provide practical assistance, such as help with budgeting, household tasks, and accessing benefits.
• Collaborate with local services to support community integration.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on service users.
• Work as part of a team to ensure effective support and positive outcomes for our customers.

Requirements:

• A degree in social care or a related field.
• Full driving license and access to a car.
• Experience in social care or a similar setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Right to live and work in Ireland, without Sponsorship
