Registered Nurse – Oncology

Description:

Cpl Healthcare is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced staff nurses for the role of Staff Nurse - Oncology at a well-known private Cork Hospital. Our client is seeking to recruit nurses to support a broad range of inpatient specialist areas. Full training and mentoring is given to all staff nurses as well as funding and support in further education.

The successful applicant will be required to take responsibility on each shift for the nursing care of allocated patients. To work within the nursing team and assist colleagues as necessary in providing and maintaining the highest standards in patient care at all times and to work as part of the multidisciplinary team.

To be considered for the staff nurse role, the following eligibility criteria apply: 

  • Registered General Nurse on the live register with The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland

OR

  • Registered general nurse with valid NMBI DL and NMBI standard and valid IELTS/OET report
  • Relevant post registration clinical experience in an acute setting in the specialist area for which you are applying.
  • Middle East experience relevant to your speciality is required for nurses requiring adaptation.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Knowledge of issues relating to nurse education and development.
  • Immediate eligibility to work in Ireland.

Salary will be as per the relevant point on pay scale pending experience.
