CPL Healthcare is delighted to announce we are now accepting CVs for the role of Social Care Manager with our client in a disability service in Howth, Dublin. Our client provides support to over 500 people across County Meath and North County Dublin. They pride themselves on providing their service users with intellectual disabilities with such support and help them to reach their full potential in their every day lives.

A successful candidate will work within the residential service and oversee the day to day operations and management of the Day Service at Howth and work closely with the Area Manager to ensure that the delivery of services is exceptionally high - quality for all service users. As the Social Care Manager, you must ensure that the service is aligning with the HSE New Directions Policy and that all the organisation's guidelines and standards are being adhered to.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of a level 7 qualification in one of the following: Social Care, Education and Training, Intellectual Disability Nursing, Allied Health Professions or a related qualification
• Must have a minimum of two years of relevant post- qualification experience in a Social Care Services setting.
• A full clean manual driver's license
