Cpl Healthcare has partnered with a highly reputable organisation to recruit an experienced social care professional seeking to develop in their career. We require a Social Care Manager for a mainstream service based near Cahir, Tipperary. This is a full-time, permanent post offering and excellent salary and benefits package. It is a brilliant opportunity for a current manager looking for something new or a professional at a leadership level looking to take the next step in their career.
Requirements:
· A qualification at degree level on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care or relevant field
· Minimum five years of experience working within a young people's residential unit at social care grade.
· Strong experience in and demonstrated ability to empower others to achieve goals
· Personal attributes of positivity, flexibility and problem-solving attitude as well as empathy and maturity are essential
· A current full clean Driving License prior to commencement of employment
