Staff Grade physiotherapist

Description:

Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our client, is seeking a Staff Grade Physiotherapist to join their team in CHODNCC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high-quality physiotherapy service to children and young people (0-18) with complex needs. This role will involve interdisciplinary team working and family-centered practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and management of children with complex needs in accordance with evidence-based practice.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and families.
  • Liaise with other health professionals and agencies as required to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Keep accurate and timely records of assessments, treatments, and patient progress.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and review of clinical policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • A recognized qualification in Physiotherapy.
  • Current registration with the CORU or eligibility to register.
  • At least 1 year post-graduate experience in the physiotherapy management of children with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
