Cpl Healthcare’s Infection Prevention and Control training is provided to both Cpl Healthcare staff and to the public.

This course is in line with the Health Management Institute’s Standard Precautions DVD and Guidelines.                                                    In addition, the course includes the most up to date statistics, data and guidance around Infection Prevention and Control in Ireland, drawing on a variety of sources, including the Health Protection Surveillance Centre (HPSC) and the RCSI Four Day Foundation Course: “Safe Patient Care Course: HCAI Prevention & Control for All”.

• Vaccinations – the importance of being fully vaccinated
• Workbook – Student Quiz
• Fully facilitated hand washing practical session
