Clinical Nurse Manager 1, Residential Care

Description:

Cpl Healthcare has an immediate vacancy for a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 for a residential service in West Dublin. 

This role will require the successful candidate to ensure the development and implementation of quality systems and regulations so that a service of the highest quality is provided to the service users and their families and to ensure that the highest possible standards of care, education and training are maintained within the unit.

Reporting to The Programme manager, the client group are adults of mixed physical and intellectual abilities. Working hours are 7 day roster, including nights.

To be considered for the role, the following criteria are essential:

  • Be on current register as maintained by the NMBI and preferably possess the RNMH/RNID qualification.
  • Qualification in management would be advantageous.
  • 3 years’ experience in the capacity of a registered nurse, working with people with an intellectual disability.
  • Demonstrate evidence of continued commitment to professional development
  • Excellent communication skills essential
  • Full clean driving license and willingness to drive service vehicles.
