Clinical Nurse Manager II - Critical Care Unit

Candidate Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years post registration experience in an acute general
• A minimum 2 year nurse management experience in an critical care setting
• An ICU qualification is essential
• A management qualification is essential
• Experience in Cardiothoracic surgery is desirable
• Preceptorship/teaching and assessing of students and junior staff is also essential.
• Registered in the General Division of the live register of nurses kept by the NMBI

Clinical Nurse Specialist- Respiratory

Candidate Requirements:

• Registered in the General Division of the live register of nurses kept by the NMBI.
• A minimum 5 years post registration experience.
• A minimum 2 years experience in Respiratory care or another area of relevance to this post such as Oncology.
• Experience working on own initiative and working within a team setting.
• Post graduate Diploma Or the equivalent Preceptorship course is desirable
• Management Experience is desirable

Clinical Nurse Specialist - Tissue Viability

Essential Criteria:

• Registered in the General Division of the live register of nurses kept by the NMBI
• A minimum of 3 – 5 years experience as a staff nurse in an acute general hospital setting.
• Completed further studies in Wound Management and Tissue Viability or similar.
• Management experience or a management course desirable.

CNMII Oncology Day Ward

Candidate Requirements:

• Registered in the General Division of the live register of nurses kept by the NMBI
• A minimum of 3-5 years post registration experience in oncology
• A management qualification is essential
• A postgraduate in Oncology/Haematology Nursing or similar
• Preceptorship/teaching and assessing of students and junior staff is also essential

CNMII - Theatre

Candidate Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years post registration experience in an acute general.
• Proven ability to provide skilled clinical and technical expertise as a member of the       Theatre nursing team.
• Relevant course essential in Peri Anaesthesia and/or Peri Operative nursing or equivalent
• A management qualification is essential
• Preceptorship/teaching and assessing of students is also desirable
• Registered in the General Division of the live register of nurses kept by the NMBI
