CPL Healthcare are delighted to announce their partnership with an exciting new Children's Residential Service in Tullow, Carlow. We are offering an exciting opportunity for Social Care Workers to join our clients' team on a permanent basis and to work as part of a team in providing the necessary care to vulnerable young people within their residential service.

Our client works directly with young people in a residential care setting, aiming to provide the highest quality of care to service users, whilst delivering a stable and engaging workplace for its employees.

To be considered for the role, interested applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant equivalent
  • Experience working with Children in a residential setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and to work independently
  • Flexibility around working hours is a must - weekends, days, evenings, waking nights and sleepover shifts
  • A full clean driver's license is a must - both manual and automatic licenses would be considered
