Social Care Worker required for day service supporting members with mental health difficulties
Hours
Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 4pm
Friday – 08:30AM – 1PM
Centre Description:
The service supports people who experience mental health difficulties to live their lives based on their own personal goals.
The service offers a range of supports to enable each person to live a more healthy, fulfilling and independent life.
They support individuals to get more involved in their community and develop their natural supports. This is achieved through a combination of centre and community modules & activities.
