Assistant Director of Nursing

Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client is looking to recruit an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager looking to take the next step in their career or an experienced ADON looking for a new opportunity. 

The aged care facility is recently opened in the southside of Dublin and the role is required focused on Patient Flow and Care Transition. The successful candidates will be required to ensure the safe and effective management of patient referrals to the Aged Care Centre. They will also be required to facilitate admission and follow through regarding discharge planning. To act as case manager for patients as required.

Interested candidates must have,

  • Full NMBI registration
  • 3 years post-registration experience in a relevant field and experience in managing patient caseload.
  • Hold a recognised Managerial Qualification 
  • Clinical experience working in older persons care or nursing home care.
  • Working experience of HIQA Standards and Health Act Regulations 2013.
  • Ability to work well as part of a care team.
  • Caring and compassionate and be passionate about providing high quality person-centred care.
  • Good IT knowledge
